Matthew Pearce is a husband, father, and Louisiana native who believes that life is built on relationships and the stories we share. Growing up in a family of eight taught him early about teamwork, humility, and showing up for others — lessons that carried him into Division I college football, where he learned how to lead, compete, and keep pushing when things get uncomfortable.
Matthew spent nearly a decade in the health insurance industry helping families, business owners, and retirees navigate some of life’s most important decisions. That experience shaped how he approaches everything: with patience, honesty, and a genuine desire to serve.

When Matthew stepped into real estate, it felt less like a career change and more like stepping into who he was called to be. To him, a home isn’t just a property — it’s where life unfolds. It’s where families grow, where stories are created, and where identity is shaped. Helping someone buy or sell a home is deeply personal, and Matthew treats it that way. He has built his business through real relationships, daily consistency, and being active in the Baton Rouge community — not just marketing to it.
In 2023, Matthew set out on a challenge that had been calling to him for years: completing an Ironman. With no prior endurance background and less than 11 months of training, he crossed the finish line, proving to himself that growth happens when you lean into discomfort and stay committed when it stops being easy. That experience became a defining part of how he lives, works, and leads.
Today, Matthew is the host of The For Profit Podcast — a show dedicated to elevating Louisiana’s leaders, builders, and young professionals. Through real conversations, he highlights their journeys, their values, their challenges, and the defining moments that shaped them. The goal is simple:
to inspire the next generation and bring visibility to the people moving Louisiana forward.
At home, Matthew’s greatest pride is being a husband and a father — the two roles that center his purpose and remind him what truly matters.
Whether he’s closing a real estate deal, recording a podcast episode, or running the streets of Baton Rouge, Matthew shows up with one core belief:
We get better together — and every person’s story has the power to lift someone else.h Font
